In this project, the challenge was to illustrate the potential in a unique living space.

The apartment was a combination of two small 1-bedroom units.  The owner had done a magnificent job of renovating the bathrooms and the kitchen, but the Living/Dining area was small and it was overwhelmed by the owner’s oversized sectional couch and media center which left no room for a dining table.

Our client – the realtor showing the apartment – wanted to illustrate the possibility of transforming and opening up the space.  We created a Virtual Model that illustrated the potential.  By moving the TV and downsizing the sofa, ample room was available for a dining table and chairs, transforming a formerly cramped room into an efficient and comfortable Living and Dining space.
